I work at a university. Why can’t I get full access with my work email?

Accounts verified with an education domain (.edu) are given read-only-access in our public forum. We provide this limited access because both professionals and students use the .edu domain. Our intention is to build a community of verified professionals. Giving students full access may change our community into something we do not intend it to be.
